ELECTROMAGNETIC DIAPHRAGM PUMP (XE Series)
Xeed pumps are driven by Electromagnetic Power Drive. XEED covers 2Lph to 12Lph in this type of pumps. They operate on 230V, 50Hz, 1phase AC supply. Injection check valve assembly, Foot valve assembly and 3m. of LDPE tubing are standard accessories. These pumps can be tank mounted.

Mechanically Actuated Pump (XM Series)
XEED XM pumps (Capacity – 15 LPH up to 100 LPH) are motor driven and the diaphragm is actuated by a gear drive. The gear box consists of a worm shaft, a worm wheel and cam mechanism. All the shafts are loaded on “Twin Bearing Support” (TBS) which results in precise & consistent operation. Moreover, wear & tear is minimal due to proper meshing of well lubricated worm shaft and worm wheel. Flow rate can be adjusted between 10% to 100% on the rated capacity against the rated back pressure by a stroke adjustment knob, Motor Driven Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm Pump. The pump can also be automated to accept 4-20mA through a variable frequency drive.

MOTOR DRIVEN HYDRAULICALLY ACTUATED DIAPHRAGM PUMP (XH Series)
XEED XH series pumps are motor driven hydraulically actuated diaphragm complying to API 675 Standard covering wide range of Capacity – 200 LPH up to 3000 LPH. The diaphragm is actuated by pressurizing the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber. The drive is submerged in oil bath. Hence, wear & tear is minimal. Flow rate can be adjusted between 10% and 100% on the rated capacity against the rated back pressure by a stroke adjustment knob. The pump can also be automated to accept 4-20mA through a variable frequency drive.
